The current rate is listed on our website at the time of booking, and this is the rate that will be charged if the cancellation policy is breached. 3. Booking Times All booking times are approximate and subject to change based on the engineer’s availability and external factors. We will endeavour to notify customers in advance of any changes to the scheduled booking time. The engineer will contact you directly to confirm or adjust the scheduled appointment if necessary. 4. Additional Parts and Labour Variations If you have booked a service or installation, please be aware that additional parts may be required beyond the initially estimated requirements. Labour times are subject to variation based on the complexity of the job. Should any additional parts or labour be necessary, we will discuss any additional costs with you before the work commences. 5. Engineer’s Arrival While we make every effort to arrive within the approximate time given, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen delays. The engineer will update you on any delays or changes. 6. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with the booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and acknowledge that you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact details. This policy is in accordance with UK consumer law and your statutory rights are not affected.
